SELLING POLICES SUMMARY

·  DESCRIPTION TERMS:

·  Used Items - Items described as used are not new and without imperfections. They have normal wear from everyday use or from being handled.

·  Unused Items - Items described as unused or like new are not new and without imperfections. They have normal wear from everyday use or from being handled. These items are in excellent, near mint or fine condition.

·  New Items - Items described as new and sealed in in original package may have imperfections from being handled. Inside the package is new.

·  MEASUREMENTS -  Any measurements I give are approximate not exact.

·  PAYMENT - I prefer PayPal, but I will accept money orders (which I prefer U. S. Postal Money Orders), credit card or bank cashiers checks. I do not except personal checks.  Notification of when to expect payment is due within 48 hours of auction closing. Payment must be received within two weeks of close of auction. Please notify me immediately of any problems.

·  PACKAGING - Items are not prepacked, at close of auction please do not send payment until you receive an invoice. An invoice will be sent with the final packed weight and postage. All items are photographed in the box they are shipped in for my records in case of a dispute about shipping or items shipped.

·  FEES - I charge a handling fee of $2.00.  These fees are included when you use the shipping calculator.

·  SHIPPING - Shipping International: I ship worldwide, please email first before bidding for shipping costs. If you have a Post Office Box address a telephone number must be provided for customs.

·  DELIVERY - Shipment is mailed the same day payment is received, or the next day (except when Post Office is closed). Once item is mailed I am not responsible for the speed of the postal service.

·  COMBINED SHIPPING - I will gladly combine shipping on all items except fragile items weighing over 12 pounds.

·  DAMAGED PACKAGES - In the case of uninsured package is received damaged and are items missing (stolen), it is the responsibility of the buyer to file claim or report with the shipping service used (e. g. Post Office, UPS) or police.

·  SHIPPING INSURANCE - Insurance is optional unless otherwise stated, but highly recommended. Insurance is required on all fragile items. Buyer agrees to assume responsibility for loss or damage in transit if insurance is declined. Please notify me in case further information is needed to make claim.

·  FEEDBACK - Feedback is given after it is received.

·  REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - All sales are final, but please contact me if there is a problem with your item. Refunds are are only given in an extreme case of a listing error. Shipping and handling is never refunded only price of item. I usually notify my customers before an item is shipped in this case. I only correspond through eBay, please do not block or ignore emails.  If an email is received from me it is very important you respond as soon as possible. This will avoid delays or further problems.
