This is a beautiful dog or cat collar!! The collar is nylon and measures 5/8" wide. It will fit a size 21-1/2" to 23" ACTUAL NECK SIZE, not collar size. The rhinestones are genuine crystal glass rhinestones made in the Czech Republic, the premier makers of rhinestones. All my collars have a leash hook. If you are buying this collar for a cat, it is NOT a "safety collar", it is a collar marked for dog or cat. So Pretty!

*~~Please keep in mind that these are custom made rhinestone collars. You cannot go to Wal-Mart to buy one of these. I make them myself and you won't see them on everyone else's pet! The rhinestones are glued on with the strongest jewelry glue available. It has an elasticity to it that helps to keep the stones from jarring off.*~~
