The look is sumptuous and sparkly.  The quality is excellent.  There are two genuine pink topaz gemstones weighing a total of 3.26 carats.  They are very clean and clear and their color is rich pink.  There are a total of 8 genuine diamonds weighing a total of 0.03 carats. The diamonds are color rated: I - J, and clarity rated: SI2 - I1.  Each earring has 2 baguette cut diamonds and 2 round cut diamonds.  The metal is solid 10kt white gold and is clearly stamped "10k" on the back side of the earrings and on their wing clutch nuts as well.  Our next image shows a close-up side view and back view to let you see more details of these fine earrings:

The earrings measure approximately 7/16" of an inch long, and 3/8" of an inch wide at their widest point.  Our last image shows the earrings in my hand to try to give you a better sense of their size in real life:
