PLEASE READ: I maintain high quality standards. This takes time. 1-5 weeks once payment has cleared. Time depends on how many in house orders I have when yours is placed. I work alone. If you cannot wait, please do not order.

Every piece is hand and/or machine sewed in my sewing studio and not imported massed produced ensembles.

Pink John Deere nursery set. 4 pc set.

White trim and brown trim are shown. Pick your trim color

1. Quilt: Front is JD pink stripe and the back is JD paisley. White flannel trim. It's reversable, see photos. High loft batting used. Hand tied with quilting thread so there are no big ugly knots. Too cute!

2. Bumper: 2 pc bumper. White trim and pink ties. Patchwork fabric. Front panel removes and bumper will transfer to a toddler bed.

3. Skirt: White cotton/poly base. Patchwork pink JD fabric for skirt pieces.

4. Diaper stacker: Bottom paisley fabric. Hood is paisley, body is stripe fabric with white trim.

Youy can have any piece made from any of the 4 fabrics. Floral/camo fabric is in another listing. This is your set. Make it the way you want it.

Fitted sheet, valance, pillow, hanging organizer, diaper bag/tote combo and mobiles are in my store under generic listings to cover all the different fabrics I use.

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works."

The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder".

There is a 25% restocking/cancellation charge for orders that are cancelled after the transaction is complete. It will be dedcuted from any refunds. The only exception is if the item is unpaid when cancelled.
Seller's return policy: Item must be returned within: 10 Days Refund will be given as: Exchange Return Policy Details: Returns MUST be within 10 days: Quilts & Accessories sold as individual pieces may be returned providing the item has defect of some sort and is UNWASHED. I will return it repaired or replaced. Nursery Sets: Returns will be handled as above for sets and Accessories. The entire set cannot be returned for refund as it is custom made to your order.

Payment is due within 7 days after end of auction. US currency. If you cannot pay in that time frame e-mail me. After 7 days I reserve the right to re list the item and file a non paying bidder complaint.
PAYMENT METHODS: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-check and balance transfers through Pay Pal are preferred. Also accept cashiers checks and money orders. There is a 7 to 10 day waiting period for them to clear. Please no personal checks. **INTERNATIONAL buyers must route your payment through paypal.

Shipping: Calculator provided.
ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL. If you have made payment arrangements I cannot ship until the final payment has been cleared. I ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need something different just let me know. ** INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I will have to calculate shipping for you.

Insurance is optional. International packages cannot have delivery confirmation. I DO NOT replace lost packages. I am not responsible once it's out of my hands . I combine shipment but to receive shipping discounts you must pay for all items with one payment. I take clear pictures and disclose everything about my items. If there is a concern CONTACT me BEFORE leaving feedback. I leave feedback after feedback has been left for me.
