Shipping and Handling:

Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment to your confirmed shipping address only. Free and standard shipping charges include Fedex Ground and Home services. Other shipping services are available upon request.  Please note that in an effort to limit waste and keep costs down, we may sometimes use recycled shipping supplies such as bubble wrap and /or packaging peanuts.  We guarantee that your item will be packed with great care and insured for the full value.

Return Policy:

Any defective hardware product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. All non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and save all of the contents until further notice.
