  • Item Condition:  Unless otherwise stated within the listing, all items we sell are straight from the booster packs.  If there is a problem with any items you receive from us, please contact us immediately so that we can work to correct the problem.

  • Statistic Cards:  Whenever a gaming figure has a corresponding statistic card, that card is included with the figure.  Any time that a figure that normally comes with a statistic card does not have the card, the listing will specifically state that the card is not included.

  • Constructible Cards:  Whenever a constructible figure (for example, Pirates cards) is made up of more than one card, all of the cards are included.  For S&H purposes, they will still be counted as one item.

  • MechWarrior:  Except for Falcon's Prey, we sell all Pilot cards and Gear cards SEPARATELY from the figure.  Pilot and Gear cards are only available for purchase by themselves.  MechWarrior figures and cards are sold individually (with the exception of some mixed lots). We do it this way so that everyone can get exactly what they need.

  • Combined Purchases:  We require one single purchase for combined purchases.  Multiple payments will be refunded.

Handling Time

Since selling gaming figures on eBay is our home-based business, we take it very seriously.  In most cases, we ship out orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

In general, as long as we receive your payment by midnight EST, we will do our best to ship your order the next business day. Orders received after midnight, will be shipped the following day.

However, very rarely there may be a one day delay in shipping packages.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this occasional delay may cause you but as one of the largest dealers of gaming miniatures on eBay, sometimes this can not be avoided.

Customer Satisfaction - Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with any order, please contact us right away so we can work with you to make your order right.  If there is a problem with your order that was "on our end," we will either send you a replacement or refund your payment.  

Returns accepted only if the item is not as described/pictured. However, item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.  If you are unsure about an item, please be sure to ask any questions before bidding.

Combined Purchases

We allow customers to keep "accounts" open for up to ten days to combine purchases.  If you are making more than one purchase -- please do not make individual payments.   Multiple Pay Pal payments will be refunded.

From time to time, we may offer special bulk purchase discounts.  Remember, to qualify for any shipping discounts or bulk purchase discounts, you must make one single payment for all of your items.

If you need assistance, let us know when you are done shopping and we will provide you with a combined invoice for all of your purchases.

Insurance Policy

While we go out of our way to make sure all products are packed safely and securely to avoid damage that may occur during routine shipping, we can not be responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged during delivery.
