Description
This auction is for an antique Pittsburgh Lighting cast iron oil lamp base very ornate but this one was electrified at some point in time. It still has the switch on the upper part and the electrical parts on the underside. It is very fancy and in excellent vintage condition no chips or cracks. It does have age patina and some light surface rust but a good cleaning will probably remove most of it. It measures 5 3/4" square and will accept a holder with a 2" diameter. It is marked on the top side PL  CO? the last part I am not certain of and has an impressed 1022 on the underside. It is a very nice old base perfect for any oil lamp electrification project or restoration project. Any questions please ask. Happy bidding and thanks for viewing my auction.
