We operate many of our sales as fixed price with a best offer option, we find this to be an advantage to our customers who are in a hurry for an item and don't want to wait for an auction to close.  Our acceptance of best offer is based on many different factors at the time of the sale.

You will receive a 66% TO 77% DISCOUNT FROM  SEVERAL FREIGHT CARRIERS

Unlike many sellers who quote shipping charges and bill you the full amount, we pass the full discount directly to you.

All truck shipments without exception will go freight collect.  You will receive your shipping discount direct from the freight carrier.  Any E-Bay or Pay Pal reference to "shipping charges being included on your invoice are in error unless your shipment is UPS,FEDEX, or USPS.

We will help arrange shipping, however we are not responsible for the item once it leaves our warehouse.  We will cover, wrap, and strap the item to a suitable pallet.  This cost is covered in our stated handling charge in the listing.  Should you want the item crated an agreed upon extra charge will be required, this should be agreed to prior to your bidding on the item. 

IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN HANDLING THE DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPER.  FEDEX, UPS, PROVIDE $100.00 AUTOMATIC INSURANCE, HOWEVER IT MAY TAKE THREE MONTHS OR MORE TO REACH A SETTLEMENT.  WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT ONCE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE.  MANY ITEMS ARE ONE OF A KIND AND REPLACEMENT IS NOT ALWAYS AN OPTION.

ALL ITEMS ARE FOB OUR DOCK IN WE WILL ARRANGE UPS, FEDEX GROUND, UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OR COMMON CARRIER SERVICE AS REQUIRED.

We consider USPS Priority Mail Service to be equivalent to both UPS Ground and Fedex Ground Service

All used merchandise is sold "as is" /"where is" There are no warranties, written or implied except as stated in the listing description.  If an item has been tested and works we will state as much, however during transport many things can happen over which we have no control.  Food service equipment in general are associated with conditions involving oil, dirt, and grease.  All used equipment has been exposed to both, we take standard measures to clean the equipment, however we do not normally dismantle said equipment and clean every part. Do not expect used merchandise to be immaculate and scratch free.  When transporting equipment containing refrigerant small leaks may occur from bumping and bouncing in the truck trailer.  Recharging may be required upon receipt however, this should not require less than 1 lb. of refrigerant from your service contractor.
