You are bidding on 1 pair of gray plastic hand cuffs.  They are not connected.  There is a little button you are suppose to be able to push and it opens.  But, it really isn't that way.  I can just push on the opening part and it will go full circle.

Do to the my granddaughters birthday I will be out of state until Feb 9th, 2010. I will mail all unmailed packages upon my return and pay for all unpaid items at that time also. I am taking my laptop in order to answer my email as much as possible.
