Additional Shipping Information:

•    This item ships via motor freight and MUST be delivered to a commercial address in which someone will be present during daytime business hours(Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm) to receive/unload the truck.  If someone is not present at all times during daytime business hours and you would like to schedule a specific date & time for delivery, the trucking company charges an additional $30 for a delivery appointment.   The shipping company also offers services such as lift gate service and inside delivery for additional charges.
