Shipping:

Orders have a 4 business day processing once payment has cleared before shipping, that is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Most domestic shipping is done with UPS, please allow up to 4-6 business days with them.  Most international shipping is done air mail through the Postal Office.  Please allow 10-14 business days for them.

That is 8-10 days shipping for domestic orders and 2-3 weeks for international.  We do everything possible to get the orders to you faster then the standard time listed, but remember we are not responsible for shipping delays once item leaves with the shipper. 

If you need the item sooner, please email us for costs.  Free domestic shipping does not apply to rush orders.  Overnight is not available.

Domestic shipping is considered to be the 48 continuous United States.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO's have service charge of $10.00

Payments:

PayPal.com is the preferred payment option.  PayPal.com accepts several options including personal checks.  Bear in mind that some forms of payment may delay shipment of your items.

Returns:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase.

Merchandise is not returnable for credit or exchange without permission from our office prior to actual return.

Undamaged merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.

All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of receipt or returns will be considered invalid.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
