This auction is for a black Playtex Deluxe Hip Hammock baby carrier.  Designed for older babies, 15-35 pounds, the idea is to put the baby on your hip and spare your back.  My son was waaaay too chubby for the Baby Bjorn very quickly and this was a great carrier.  We only used it maybe 3x though, because we moved and it was misplaced in a box that I just unpacked (a year later! ugh!).  Anyway, I paid almost $50 for this in Spring of 07, I believe.  It's in excellent condition.  Here's what the box says the features are:
