Beautiful  Old Spooner or Spill Holder made by Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton in the 1890's. The pattern is "Plume & Fan" aka "Shingles" as identified on eapgpatterns.com website. It is 4 3/4" tall and 4" wide at the top. There is a chip on outside edge of base and hairline cracks where spoons have been drop in it. Still a beautiful piece given it's age. I'll be happy to answer any questions. Please visit
