I am a small business, so I take the time to make sure that your toy or toys have been checked for defections and tears, and I also make sure that your toy or toys are working, i.e. squeaker is squeaking properly. You will not get a defective toy!
As with all squeaky toys, I cannot promise that the squeakers will last forever and as I've found out, there may be a way to 'fix' it back. Sometimes the tip comes out from excessive 'squeaking' and you can work that tip right back in and the toy is good to go. If you need help, email me at

I do not accept returns, exchanges or give refunds on my toys unless the toy is sent defective. I DOUBLE CHECK EACH TOY before it goes out to you, so that there are not any problems when you receive it.
