payment. Please allow ANOTHER 2-6 business days for delivery after shipment within US.
We will send you tracking number within 3 business days after payment. Please check your eBay email box (and your JUNK mail too!) before you ask the tracking number.

Local pick-up are not available.
We ship to the lower 48 States and Canada.
We DON’T ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and internationally.

charge tax for all shipping to California required by law.
None of our products are dropshipped. We warehouse and ship all
of our products.
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders, and
Cashier's Checks. We don’t accept any personal checks.
We will send you an invoice immediately after the auction ends. However,
if you are bidding on multiple items our system will consolidate all
invoices and apply the multiple item discount. Please wait to pay until
all auctions that you are bidding on have ended.
If you do not pay for the auction in 10 days we will file disputes with
eBay as eBay has strict policies about non-paying bidders. We also reserve
the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee (on the total invoice cost)
for ANY cancelled auction otherwise we will file a dispute with eBay.

Day Warranty Policy
All customers
must contact us via email at and download our ROF (Return Order Form).
Please fill it out as completely as possible and send the form along
with the returned package back to us.
In spite
of the issue, customer’s item must be returned to our facility
(with the ROF) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item
without the RETURN ORDER FORM (ROF) your claim will not by process.
Upon
receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement
will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either
grant a full refund (Credit Card, Paypal, or check), or a replacement
with no additional cost. If the order is not found to be defective and
we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment. Our warranty does not
apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused
by anyone.
MyGeneralProductss
reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should
be replaced or refunded.
MyGeneralProductss
will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages
of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
