This is a beautiful antique pocket watch case in fine condition. It appears to be a gold-filled case. There is an engraving on the back of a dwelling in the center of scroll work. The front engraving has a plain center within the scroll work and was most likely intended for initials. The engravings are not deeply etched. It has a deluxe "fishscale" rim and an eternity chain with no clasp. Inside the case is inscribed "Guaranteed 20 Years J. Boss" with a trademark. The number 6214944 is inscribed on the inside front and back. The case should fit a size 16 watch.
