The warmer can be heated in the microwave and the relaxing warmth will last about an hour; chilled in the freezer in a plastic bag. It is filled with buckwheat and lavendar. The wrap Measures about 17 inches. It Has a Removable insert for hand washing. Clear instructions are provided for use.
