Polarad 1606EFWTJ SIGNAL GENERATOR
Stock Photo
The Polarad 1606EFWTJ is a modified version of the 1606E Signal Generator. The modification consists of reverse power protection, the addion of a 400 cycle line input capability to the Signal Generator, adding three pre-set pulse positions to the Modulator, change of the frequency range, and special transit case for shipment and storage. This is a general purpose broad band signal generator that provides spectrally pure CW signals and includes modulation facilities for FM, square wave and widely adjustable pulsed outputs. Typically used to test broad- and/or narrow band microwave systems and components such as antennas, attenuators, beacons, crystal mounts, hybrid structures, preselectors, radars, receivers and amplifiers. It can be used to make specific measurements such as bandwidth, insertion loss, frequency calibration, image rejection ratio, sensitivity, signal to noise ratio, VSWR, FM, Square wave, and pulsed modulation tests, etc. Features: - Frequency Range: 1.8 to 4.5 GHz
- ΔF Control: 1.0 MHz minimum range
- +3 dBm to -127 dBm output
- Includes model 1020A Modulator (FM, square wave, and pulse modulation)
- "F" Option provides an addition of 400 cycle line on the input capability
- "W" Option to the Modulator which includes an additional 3 preset pulse positions.
- "T" Option is the addition of a protective isolator.
- "J" Option consists of a special transit case for shipment and storage of the Signal Generators.
