POLAROID SX-70 BLEND TWINPACK - 20 EXPOSURES
I have recently come across a limited batch of this rare film. It is getting very hard to find,
as Polaroid recently announced they are discontinuing all film
production. These are sealed in the box and are fresh until July 2008! They have been kept in a refrigerator for extra freshness, as well.
This is a Twin pack - so you get two packs of 10 exposures - 20 in total.
This SX-70 Blend film is specially formulated for use in all SX-70
cameras. It is better than any other film ever made for the SX-70 camera--its
special-blend chemistry provides a unique and professional quality
color signature, with brighter, richer colors, and better tone and
contrast than using 600 film, or the old Time-Zero film.
This film cartridge fits directly into all SX-70 cameras--just pop it
in and start taking pictures! It includes an integral ND filter to
correct the exposure, (which you have to do if you use 600 film in the
SX-70).
I will ship with tracking and insurance - which might make
international shipping a little high. This film is too expensive and
too hard to find to send without insurance, but there is a postage
discount if you buy more than one pack.

The SX-70 BLEND is totally unique. Its signature characteristics are
different from both the original SX-70 film and regular 600 film. The
special "blue-blend" reagent of the SX-70 BLEND yields strong and
absolutely fascinating results
Compared to 600 film (used with a necessary lens-mounted ND filter) ,
the SX-70 BLEND produces images with stronger colours, balanced
saturating, and brighter whites. Instead of the heavy brown and red
tones that 600 film offers, the SX-70 BLEND gives a slight, sensible
blue cast - heading more towards the direction of the legendary SX-70
blue .
Even if SX-70 Blend is officially non-manipulateable, this film has a
lot of possibilities for any experiments possible: Staying blue when
developed in the cold , melting under the fingers of Manipulation
master Filippo Centenari , just to mention a few.

Each box contains 2 gas-sealed packages of 10-exposure SX-70
cartridges , perfectly fitting into all SX-70 models without any
tweaking, tricking, or hassle.
A built-in Neutral Density (ND) filter on the top of each SX-70 Blend
cartridge , fine-tunes the film speed to exactly match your camera's
light meter calculations . This optically perfect filter is double
coated on both sides and yields 100% correction even if it is
scratched. By placing it onto the film, rather then the lens, it also
allows you to use your SX-70's bright and beautiful single-lens-reflex
viewfinder without the dramatic darkening that such filters cause.
