All payments are due within 5 days of auctions close.
If a payment is not received within 7 days and no contact has been made to arrange payment an unpaid item dispute will automatically be filled.

We ship Monday, Wednesday & Friday except for holidays.
A tracking number should be automatically emailed to you once an item is shipped. If you do not receive that email within 48 hours please notify us to confirm that it has been shipped and find out the tracking information.
Since we are a retail location we do have to outsource our shipping. Therefore with some items a packing and handling fee will be charged to cover the cost we pay the people who pack the items and for the material they use. This is the only reason we charge these fees.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL SHIPPING COST PRIOR TO BIDDING ON THIS ITEM.
We will be glad to combine shipping if multiple items are won however that does not guarantee that you will receive a major discount. If you would like to know the shipping cost of multiple items please email us PRIOR to bidding on the items for a quote. If you do not do this please assume that you will be responsible for the full shipping price quoted on each item won.
We DO NOT renegotiate shipping fees after the auction is won. We MAY be able to reduce the fees on multiple items but the only way to ensure a set amount is to email us BEFORE bidding.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES/ANY OTHER FEES THAT YOU MAY INCUR WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
Only items PICTURED in the listing will be included. We sell a wide variety of items and are not experts in all of them. Therefore there may be times when a part/piece should be included however is not. If you do not see something in the photo please email us to confirm that it in fact included. Pictures can be SUPERSIZED by click on them for better detail.
We do try and test each item before we sell it. However if you do receive an item that does not work please notify us within 7 days. We will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the item and verify that it was in fact defective we will issue a refund of your purchase price (minus original shipping fees).
After 7 days we can not accept returns unless otherwise noted in the description. We apologize for any trouble this may cause.
We cannot accept returns unless the item was defective or grossly misrepresented without a 15% restocking fee to cover our Ebay fees. Buyer must also pay for return shipping.
Once you leave us feedback for the item you purchased we will do the same for you. To keep our fees low we do ask that you select all 5 stars when leaving feedback. If for some reason you don't feel like you received 5 star service please notify us before leaving feedback to see if we can make it right. Communication is the key to a great ebay experience. A 6.75% sales tax applies to all items being shipped to a NC address or picked up locally.
