This listing is for the brand new heavy duty remote shoulder speaker / microphone as seen in the actual photos. This allows the user to keep the radio on the waist when listening or transmitting. The microphone has a wide push to talk button located on the side and a strong clip containing a metal spring on the back that can be clipped almost anywhere.
