You are bidding on a PolyCom Video Conferencing APTZ-2N Camera and Microphone. This unit looks and probably is NEW, but the microphone broke off. The cable is still connected and works, but the plastic is broken. Held up in the picture with scotch tape. The bottom has Velcro that hasn't been peeled yet. This unit has no scratches at all.

Payment:

Buyer must pay for auction within 5 days of auction end. If buyer has not paid or contacted us regarding payment within 5 days, a negative feedback will be left and we will file an unpaid item claim. We reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders who have had excessive negative feedback in the past month or do not have a positive feedback rating number.

Shipping:

All shipments will be shipped via FedEx Ground. We will not ship UPS or USPS under any circumstances. If a product ever exceeds 150 lbs, the buyer is fully responsible for scheduling a freight pick-up, which includes calling the freight to schedule the pick-up. We do not ship outside of the United States. Insurance is included on all products at no extra charge. Tracking number is available per buyer's request.

Returns:

Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is DEAD ON ARRIVAL.  If a return is necessary, buyer must return product to seller in the same condition. Buyer will pay shipping cost for returns. Tests will be run on all returns to determine what is wrong with the product. We CANNOT be held responsible if the buyer lacks knowledge or experience of proper handling of products. If the product is not received in the same condition as it was sent out, it will be returned to the buyer and they must file an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Tax & Warranty:

This unit comes with a 7 Day DOA Money Back Warranty. For all California customers, appropriate tax will be applied to the invoice of this sale. Customer may void tax if reseller's certificate is e-mailed or faxed to us.
