Do you need your pop-up display
tomorrow? Do you need it right now? We can
accommodate any of your shipping needs by way of timeframe and
location. Unlike our competitors on eBay and the Internet,
we do not try to gouge our clients and make ridiculous profits
on our shipping and handling charges.

pop-up display from Ace Exhibits weighs 92lbs. If you add
accessories to your pop-up display from the other auctions
listed on eBay, then the weight of your display will increase.
How long does it take to set-up a
pop-up display?
It generally
takes about 10 to 15 minutes to set-up a pop-up display. Your
first time may take a little bit longer. Our pop-up displays
come with set-up instructions, which are easy to read and

Do you use FrontRunner fabric?
All of our
displays come with Front Runner fabric. We do not use a knock
off brand that may be of substandard quality. Our clients have
demanded us over time to use FrontRunner, because of its quality
and durability. Due to our history in the trade show industry
and our clients requests we will continue to use FrontRunner
fabric.
Are the pop-up displays easy to
ship and transport?
The pop-up
displays shipping cases come with wheels to make them much
easier to maneuver. This enables you to ship your purchase
directly to a trade show, ship to your hotel, or you can carry
your case on an airplane. Please note that you may incur some
extra charges for checking cases onto airlines.
Will I get charged sales tax?
Sales tax will
be charged to all orders with billing information or shipping
information residing in California. The sales tax rate is
8.25%. All other states will not be charged any sales tax by
Ace Exhibits.
Can I pick-up my order?
All orders may
picked-up at our warehouse. Please call an Ace Exhibits
representative to arrange for a Will Call order. No shipping or
handling charges will apply to such order. However, you will be
liable for sales tax. We have warehouse locations in both
Los Angeles, CA and Walnut, CA. Please note that not all
items will be able to be picked-up from both locations.
What warranty does my purchase
have?
Ace Exhibits,
Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty on the following
items: Pop-Up Display pop-up frames against manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. All
repairs needed to coincide with this limited lifetime warranty
policy will be done at no charge with the exception of shipping
and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to any Ace
Exhibits, Inc. products which have been subject to misuse,
neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of
operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units
altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Ace
Exhibits, Inc. This warranty does not cover any incidental or
consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties
expressed or implied and no representative or person is
authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection
with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages
so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the
original CUSTOMER. This warranty gives you specific rights and
you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

Can and how do I return my
purchase?
All orders from
Ace Exhibits, Inc. may be returned within three days for a full
refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order
to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described
below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You must email
CustomerService@AceExhibits.com to obtain an RMA# from an
Ace Exhibits, Inc. representative.
All returned
merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals,
accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly
printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be
made within three days of the receipt date, and all items must
be landed at our warehouse within ten days of the return
request. All free items must be returned together with
purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping
and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be
refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of
15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift
certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the
voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was
applied.
Ace Exhibits,
Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned
items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please
be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot
be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Ace Exhibits, Inc. cannot
provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we
recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked
and or insured.
Can I return any product I
purchased?
All customized product orders will not be exceptions to the
return policy stated above. Customized items include but are
not limited to any graphics, customizable color panels, or
special order items. All non-stock items will not be able to be
returned, unless qualified prior to purchase for return. All
items listed on this website are considered non-stock unless
otherwise stated in the item description as "stock-item." If
there is any question as to whether the product can be returned
or not, please call (888) 777-0-ACE (0223), and ask an Ace
Exhibits, Inc. representative.
Gift Wrap/Gift Card - The seller will wrap the item as described in the description.
Express Shipping - Seller will arrange for expedited delivery upon completion of payment. Please confirm with the seller any Express Shipping costs and the time payment must be received to obtain express shipping.
