If ordering multiple items do not pay until you have a combined invoice listing your multiple purchases. We ship most items via FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will notify you in the event of delay (please include your phone number or email address.) Standard ground delivery time averages 5-10 business days. During November and December, shipping times may reflect short delays due to high volumes. We reserve the right to select the shipping method without further cost to you. Orders are shipped as soon as possible in the order that they are received. When your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number, (UPS and FedEx).

When combining items in one shipment, the cost of the heaviest item will be used. Each additional item will add $2.00 to the shipping cost. Return Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase for an exchange or refund of the merchandise price. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted and cannot be processed. We will process the return/exchange after we receive the product back in  new and resalable condition. Please email me first to arrange a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damage claims must be made within 7 days. If you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging materials, including the shipping box, and contact the shipper for further instructions. Save all cartons and packaging material in the event of inspection of damage is made by carrier. Synchronicity Shoppe will not be responsible for damaged, missing, or lost merchandise shipped from the purchaser.
