Neck 2 & 3/4 inches wide, head 5 1/2 inches tall. Porcelain dolls head (baby). Hand Painted. Very old but brand new and still in original box. Box states: 4T102/Special. I set on label. Made in Japan sticker on head. No marks, chips or cracks. (may have had hands in box at some point).
