PAYMENT
Buyers can pay via PayPal or Money Order. Please make check payable to "Daddy Needs Help". Please include your eBay item number, shipping address and email address when submitting payment by mail. All payments without eBay item number will not be processed. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction closing.
An 8.25% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to California.
SHIPPING
Buyer to pay shipping and handling of $24.99.
Most United States orders are shipped by FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted. If order is shipped by FedEx, we will only ship to the lower 48 states and we will not ship to P.O. Box, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, APO/FPO address and international address. No local pickups.
We offer shipping to P.O. Box, APO/FPO address and international address by USPS to selected item only. Please refer to "Shipping and Handling" section for detail.
We will make every attempt to ship your order within 3 business days after your payment is cleared. Upon shipment, you will receive an automatic email notification from FedEx regarding your order's tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Please check your email before contacting us for tracking information.
TERMS OF SALE
All of our new items come with a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with our item within 14 days of your receipt, you can return it for a refund of your wining bid amount minus a 15% restocking fee via the method of original payment. There is absolutely no return of any kind after 14 days. All return & exchange requests must include our Product Return & Exchange Form or it will not be processed. We reserve the right to refuse return if the item has been misused, modified, repaired or abused. We are not responsible for return shipping.
Daddy Needs Help will not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any nature arisen from our items or the sale of our items.
All pictures and description are representations of the actual item. However, manufacturers may make changes to their products without notice. We make every effort to accurately describe our items with the assistance of manufacturers. We are not responsible for variances caused by manufacturers.
