It's slightly used but in Great Condition as you can see by the pictures. The court breaks down into a little portable case when not in use. When fully extended the court measures 57" from floor to rim and be lower in increments of 10.5" by way of extension removal. The court can be lowered as low as 36" for the smallest of players. Base can be filled with sand or water for additional support. I have never used sand nor water in the base and the court worked fine the few times my son used it.
