I used it to pull my 2700 pound race car onto a flatbed trailer. It marginally pulled the car onto the trailer and sometimes I had to push the car a little to keep it going if there was an obstruction. These are good for pulling small boats onto the trailer,and I used it to pull my dock and boat lift out in the fall.

It can be mounted permanently, like I had it on my flatbed trailer, or there is a plate that you can bolt to it that I used when I pulled my dock out....more
