Shelter King Instant 30'x30x Garages provide the best in instant, portable protection for any purpose. Typical uses include vehicle protection, storage equipment/material storage and temporary work areas. This unit is widely used for jobsite equipment storage or heavy truck maintenance. The round style unit, featured here, quickly sheds moisture, rain or snow for maximum protection of the interior contents. The pre-drilled frame is easily assembled with minimal handtools. Unlike other products, no drilling or field cutting is required. All frame components are made of galvanized steel. Main cover, doors are made from long life UV ressistant, fire retardant poly with woven backing. CPAI-84 rated. All fabric components feature heat-welded seam construction. Unit features doors for BOTH ENDS to allow drive-through capability and good ventilation. Each door contains a pocket for a rigid pole and grommetts for securing them up during use. Each unit comes equipped with fourteen duckbill earth anchors and installation drive rod.

Payment Policy:
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery. We accept Paypal, MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover. If you are picking up at the warehouse, we will accept a cash payment, otherwise, no CODs. Please be advised that warehouse pickups are subject to Connecticut state sales tax.
Return Policy:
Returns of unopened boxes are acceptable with a return authorization from our customer service department. They can be reached at 877-429-6609. If you find that you need to return the garage you purchased, we will cheerfully refund your entire purchase price less a 15% rehandling fee and and applicable freight charges.
Shipping Policy:
All goods will be shipped ASAP after payment is made. This usually means 1 to 2 days after receiving your payment. Please be advised, however, that this is a seasonal item and as such, we sometimes get backed up in the fall months. Please plan ahead and buy early.
All shipments (except pockets) are made via TRUCK... and are trackable on the carrier's website. We will make every effort to get you the tracking number as quickly as possible. The truck deliveries locally take one or two days from the day it ships. Most of the US is 7 days or less. If you need a more accurate transport time, please email customer service at sales@InstantGarageSales.com
Lastly,WE NEED A DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER FOR THE TRUCKER. They will not deliver unless we provide a telephone number for a delivery appointment.
Please plan on being there when the truck arrives, a signature is required at the time of delivery.
