These were specifically made for Papa John's Pizza, our client is simply no longer servicing that account and has this item left in stock.

There are no markings, indicating sizes, as they use them by color-code, so not sure of the sizes. The Green and Red pieces shown below are perforated, seen better in the second picture, the others are all solid.

FREE SHIPPING Listings are designed for the shipping to the 48 states. If this item is shipped to zone 8 with USPS mail, then we will ship it to all destinations which receive USPS Mail delivery. However for most items over 2 or 3 pounds, we will use Ground Carriers for the delivery and therefore can not ship out of the 48 states for free. We will be glad to still ship to you using the USPS, but you will be responsible for the cost of the additional shipping, between zone 8 Ground Carrier and the USPS cost.
