Description (revised)

Interesting item here--late 1930s-early 40s painted glass for Dragon Ale, from Falls City (Louisville, Kentucky). Glass is painted Reverse-On-Glass / ROG-style, as you can tell from the back shot. Yellow went on first, then the green.

 

Glass measures 4.5" high, 2.5" at mouth; glass holds 8 ounces. Glass is in wonderful shape--no nicks, scratches or chips. There is a slight imperfection/bubble below the "E" in ALE.
