We are happy to combine shipping on most items. If available, the price will be noted in the listing (or it will say to contact us). Note: You are charged the most expensive shipping first, then the additional shipping price for each additional type. We will send you a combined invoice.

Pattern shipping is via First Class or Priority, depending on the weight, and typically takes 3-7 business days, but can take longer at times. Shipments to Alaska & Hawai can take a little longer.
Please note: These shipping times are from the day we ship, and are guidelines only. We have no control over the package once it is in the Post Offices hands.

If you are in the Sacramento, CA area, pick up can be arranged for Saturdays & Sundays at Denio’s Farmers Market in Roseville, to save on shipping charges. We have 5 permanent covered spaces.
Please contact us by Thursday if you will want to pick your order up out there. It is best to pick up your orders by 10:00 AM, because although we are normally open from 7:00am to 3:00pm, there are days we close early, due to the weather (We don’t get wet or have any direct sun, because our spaces are covered, but no one is out there shopping on days like that).

We are happy to ship internationally, however there are a few countries we either can not ship to at all, or the cost makes it prohibitive: We can not ship to Somalia at all. It is prohibited by the Postal Service. The following countries only have airmail or airmail m-bag shipping available, making the price quite high (even to ship 1 book): Guinea-Bissau, Lebanon and Liberia. We also do not ship to Nigeria or Indonesia.
Customs: International orders, including Canadian, may be subject to customs & duties. Buyer is responsible for these fees.

Patterns are shipped via Air Letter Post or Global Priority (if available in destination country) when possible. To some destinations we will have to ship via economy to make it affordable. Shipping times can vary greatly, depending on if we are able to ship via Air or Global Priority, or whether we have to ship economy. It can range anywhere from 2-12 weeks because if that.

HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED?

Returns are accepted, but you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to get return authorization. Please include item number and reason for requesting return. We do not refund any shipping, or pay for return shipping, unless the merchandise is materially different from what was described or shown in the photos.
Refunds (less a 10% restocking fee if we are not at fault) are given once we receive the merchandise back and can verify that it is the same merchandise we shipped out (we use sellers marks which identify our merchandise).
If a book is returned undeliverable due to incorrect address or returned marked refused we will refund for the price of book (no shipping), less a 10% restocking fee. If the Post Office charged us return postage (which sometimes they do), that will also be subtracted from the amount refunded.
