  2. For physical goods, we will only ship to a confirmed address exactly as it appears in your PayPal account.
  3. We accept returns only in the following two types of situations:

We made a obvious, indisputable error in a product description. For example, if we said "blue" but the product is red; or we said "size 4" but it's size 8, then yes, you can return the product at our expense. However, if we said "yellow" and you think, "No, it's really more of an off-yellow," sorry, the item cannot be returned.

We mailed the wrong item altogether. For example, if the auction was for a "Twin Size Aimee Quilt" and we send instead a Queen Size Olivia Sheet Set...or we send a Rear Wheel Drive 5.9L single exhaust catalytic converter for a 1978 Chrysler LeBaron—in which which case we'll know we should take a little time off—then yes, you can return the product at our expense.
