This is a pink skirt/dress from Pottery Barn Kids in the 12-18 month old size. It is a pink corduroy full length (about 18 inches long) dress.
My wife ordered some items from Pottery Barn Kids that she liked, but was not aware for the strict return policy with their sale items. We now have several items that won't work for our son and we can't return them or get store credit for them. We are hoping to get some of the money back through eBay.
