My U.S. shipping is as follows:  I will combine shipping on any 3 clothing items for the cost of only one--the highest single shipping cost of all items purchased. If you purchase any non-clothing item--including shoes--I will ship any one clothing item with that purchase for the shipping cost of only the non-clothing item.  (Items must be mailed to the same address and paid for in one PayPal payment.)  I will combine shipping on all other items for the actual cost to ship.

International combined shipping will be the actual cost.

I ship within 24 hours of cleared payment.  I do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
