We included Delivery Confirmation with each shipment.  These are not tracking numbers and generally will show receipt of the package at the Post Office and Delivery.  If an item shows delivery we will not issue a refund.

We ship our items in padded bubble envelopes unless otherwise noted. 

 If you are interested in an item and are from outside the United States, please contact us before bidding for an accurate shipping quote.  Delivery times for international first class mail is unpredictable and can and does take up to and over 4 weeks too many areas.  If you want your item faster, chose to have the item shipping International Priority.
