Warranty & Guarantee:
- 1-year Replacement Warranty. The following warranty and guarantee terms start from the original purchase date.
- We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new.
- We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. Defective products could be replaced if returned within a year since the date of purchase. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request. Please be advised that we cannot process exchanges without an RMA #. Units returned will be tested, if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately. Units returned and not found defective will be returned at buyer’s expense.
- The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.
- Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
- A product returned for exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery. All item comes with basic 3 Months Sellers Warranty, if item is defective within 3 months, we will offer the first replacement without extra charges (including shipping fee) after we receive the defective item. If the buyer wants to exchange the item for the second time or if item is defective after 3 months, we will contact suppliers or Manufactory for warranty, but buyers will be responsible for Shipping and handling fee (eight dollars) for resending the replaced item.
- This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers that are powered by our adaptor. We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of our product(s).
- Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
- We will not issue refund. Buyers can't return the item if you change your mind or purchased the wrong item. We have no responsibility for buyer's mistake in bid and won't refund the payment under such condition after shipment. Do not post negative feedback before giving us the opportunity to repair or replace the item; it may result in void of warranty.
- Buyer shall inspect the equipment upon receipt of the package. If buyer deems equipment packaging to be damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to photograph the package and notify us immediately. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of the seller. Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 5 days of receipt. Failure of buyer to notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the equipment.
- In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 5 days of receipt. No return will be accepted after 5 days of receipt. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail that is uninsured.
- Buyer should confirm the item description before bidding. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not bid.
Shipping:
- All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Shipping within the United States, including AK, HI, PR, GU, VI and APO/AFO/FPO.
- Item will be shipped within 48 hours after the payment has been received. (mostly same day)
- We will only ship to confirmed address from Paypal if pay via Paypal. Buyer is not permitted to change their shipping address through the email.
