DRAC FUNCTIONS EXPLAINED (in laman's terms)
If you have never used a DRAC before, these are an essential tool for any sys admin, the DRAC5 allows you to reboot your server (hard or soft) via a secure web browser, they allow BIOS LEVEL Access to the server, Remote Desktop via the DRAC (using a java engine), you can even set up hardware alerts that can be emailed to you, for example if a fan goes bad the DRAC will email you with the fan number, and RPM, they also allow you to get real time statics of ALL hardware on your server. Further more, the DRAC works over https: which is port 443, if you have a decent firewall you can port foward 443 and access the DRAC over the internet (I suggest you restrict access from only the external IP Addresses you will connect from). We have put together a small demo video here at full screen.

We sell anything and everything, however we specialize in computers, laptops, servers, and all their parts. Since we are in the computer repair business we come across a lot of systems and components, and are able to sell at a discounted rate. We also help liquidate corporate facilities of old equipment due to upgrades or bankruptcy.
Bidding
We accept bids from all 48 states. We do NOT accept bids from Hawaii, Alaska, or other US territories. International bids are also NOT accepted. Why? Because, shipping fees are VERY high, customs forms take forever to fill out, and we will NOT lie and say that the item you bought is a "gift". Unfortunately we have has some bad experiences with shipping across seas, and are only accepting bids from the lower 48.
Pricing
We do NOT use reserves, and start most auctions at $1. In some cases we will start auctions near the price we would want to get for the item, instead of capping it with a reserve. An item is only worth as much as somebody will pay for it.
Transfer of Ownership
Transfer of ownership on any laptop, desktop, or server is NOT available. Unfortunately we are unable to transfer the ownership due to the fact that most of the systems we sell have already been bought and sold a couple times (mostly with Poweredge's) by the time we get them.
Payment
Payment due within 5 Days of closing, we accept ......................
Feedback
| SELLING: |
When selling an item we leave feedback, as soon as we are paid, we don't play games and wait for you to leave feedback, if by some chance we don't leave you a feedback after you have paid, just let us know, and we will. |
| BUYING: |
When Buying an item, we leave feedback once the item arrives, and we are able to test it. |
| NEGATIVE: |
We always try NOT to leave a negative feedback. When we do NOT get paid for an item, we are forced to leave a negative feedback, and report the non paying bidder. We always try to work things out first, we really hate to leave a negative for somebody, and do everything not too, but sometimes we are forced to. |
We pre-determine the shipping costs on each item before the auctions. We base shipping on the furthest zone in the continental US (Lower 48) with more insurance than the item is worth, in case of any damage. For the most part we use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service), but sometimes will use FedEx for shipping, depending on what is being shipped, but always get insurance. We are located in Zone 8, MA, about 30 minutes from Boston.

Packing Material
When it comes to packing materials, we like to use as much as possible to ensure that the item is not damaged when shipped. We too also buy things on eBay, and have had some terrible experiences with sellers not using enough or the correct type of packing, we do NOT want this to happen to you. We use the following packing materials, and alot of it: Insta-foam, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, peanuts, popcorn, static bags, plastic bags, and others.
Local Pick-Up
Local Pick-Up is only available for auctions that meet or exceed $100. We appologize for any incovenience that this may be, however most companies do not even allow local pick-ups, and it is not worth the time to meet somewhere for under $100 (probably more than that). Quite frankly we are doing you a favor by taking the time and coordinating a local pick up, so that you don't have to pay the shipping. If you are in state (MA) and win the auction, we can usually do a better shipping price though, so please let us know, and we will try to work it out with you.
All sales are final, unless item is DOA, in which case we will replace it or refund your money, as long as the item was NOT damaged during shipping, in which case we would go after the carrier (this is why we buy insurance). If item is DOA, please save all packing material and take pictures of item and packing material if possible, then immediately contact us.
If you have any questions please feel free to write us at ebay@moynetworks.com. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
