  • This warranty does not cover failure in operation due to mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to outer and inner components

  • Warranty is null and void if Airsoft product is modified, altered, and or, painted.
  • Warranty is null and void if improper BB size, or low quality/grade BBs are introduced into mechanism
  • Warranty is null and void if Airsoft product is disassembled by non-factory authorized service personnel
  • Warranty is only valid in the United States
  • Warranty only applies to Airsoft Spring Air/Gas/Electric hobby guns
  • Accessories are not covered by said warranty
  • Warranty Does not cover shipping or handling cost from customer, or any incidental or consequential damages caused by defect in materials or workmanship
  • Out of Warranty/fee based service available

We reserve the right to determine if an item is acceptable for warranty repair.

Items that do not qualify can be serviced in our company. Labor and shipping charges will apply.

Return After you get a RMA No. customer has to return item in 4 days. We reject the package without RMA No.
Customer pays the shipping charge to send it back.
Refund Full refund for shipping damage and package missing if you report in valid period.
Your responsibilities:
  • Wrong Shipping Address: We ship to customer's PayPal Shipping Address. If you forgot to update your PayPal shipping address, you have to pay the shipping charge again for resending or rerouting.
  • Missing package: If you don't receive the package, you have to report us within 2 weeks. If over 2 weeks, we still help you to file the claim to carrier but if they reject the claim, all the loss will be yours.
