Precious Moments Happiness is At Our Fingertips, item #529931, Butterfly Marking, is a rosy cheeked little girl with blonde hair up in a pony tail with a pink bow, wearing a light blue dress with hearts on it. She is standing on one toe with a pink butterfly on her finger tip! 

It was issued in 1993 for $35.oo, was the 1993 Annual  & is listed in "The Official Precious Moments Collector's Guide To Figurines" third addition for $80.00. It is in excellent condition from a smoke free home. Comes MINT in box with tags!
