SHIPPING:  I combine shipping for multiple cost saving purchases.  All items are packaged carefully for the best possible chance to arrive perfectly.  I generally ship UPS and need your street address rather than post office boxes.  Small items and foreign shipments usually ship via USPS.  Be sure to check the listing shipping information.  A modest $2.00 handling fee is charged for each shipping carton not per item shipped in the Continental US.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Shipments outside the Continental United States are generally shipped USPS unless otherwise agreed upon by buyer and shipper.  Payments are required via Paypal at this time. A modest $5.00 handling fee is charged for each shipping carton not per item shipped outside the Continental US.

LAYAWAY PLAN:  Some people have asked for this feature.  Buy and Pay now and your item will be shipped to arrive by the date you specify.  I normally ship via UPS and your item will be shipped ground unless you specify differently and pay the extra fee.  I will package your item immediately and mark it to ship on the day that will safely arrive on or before the date you specify.  Remember UPS stops picking up items two days before Christmas  and only deliver during this time.  I cannot be responsible for non- delivery on date requested but I will do my best to succeed.  There is no extra charge for this service.  The advantage is to reserve your item and not having it lay around to be noticed.

REFUND POLICY: Defective items are returnable with Prior Authorization Only. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason I will exchange or replace the product or, if I authorize, Refund. Refunds will be given minus Shipping, Handling, listing and selling fees unless the problem was damaged in shipment or my fault. Return Shipping is buyer responsibility, and must be shipped insured mail. I do not cover uninsured items broken or lost.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK:  I never list any item unless in stock.  Upon occasion an error is made and the item is missing.  All sales are subject to availability.  If for any reason, an item sold is not found an immediate refund will be issued or an agreeable substitute will be sent.  All fees incurred are my responsibility.  If this happens you have my sincere apology and I will try to correct the problem.
