Precious Moments Tell It To Jesus, item #521477,  Vessel Marking, is an adorable rosy cheeked little blonde sitting on a bench wearing a light green polka dotted dress crying as she talks to someone on the telephone! 

It was issued in 1989 for $35.oo, was RETIRED in 2003  & is listed in "The Official Precious Moments Collector's Guide To Figurines" third addition for $68.00. It is in excellent condition from a smoke free home. Comes MINT in box with tags!
