SHIPPING NOTES:  Shipping charges are changing almost on a daily basis.  You will be charged the rates in affect at time of shipment as I will.  Uninsured, Best Offer, and Special Priced items are not refundable for any reason.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  When purchasing multiple items, do not pay until you receive a combined shipping invoice.  Combined shipping is allowed on all items when shipped in one package.  Because of the new dimensional weight shipping charges by USPS and UPS, it may be less expensive to ship two or more cartons rather than one overweight or oversize carton.  When this arises combined shipping may not apply.  You would be charged the lowest price possible. 

CONTINENTAL U. S. SHIPPING:  All items are packaged carefully for the best possible chance to arrive safely.  I generally ship UPS and need your street address rather than a post office box.  Small items and international shipments usually ship via USPS.  I reserve the right to ship the best and most economical way possible.  A modest $2.00 handling fee is charged for each shipping carton not per item shipped in the Continental United States unless free shipping is offered.  

INTERNATIONAL & NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDERS:  PAYMENTS ARE BY PAYPAL ONLY.   Shipments outside the Continental United States are shipped USPS unless otherwise agreed upon by buyer and seller.  A modest $5.00 handling fee is charged for each shipping carton not per item shipped outside the Continental US.    Only insured items are refundable to the amount of the insured received amount Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

INSURED REFUNDS:  Hold on to damage item with packing and carton until either picked up or your refund is received.  Unless otherwise informed, you may discard the box and contents once refunded.  Do not return the item unless directed.  Refunds are for merchandise only and on free shipping items a deduction will be made for the shipping service.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK:  I never list any item unless in stock.  Upon occasion an error is made and the item is missing.  All sales are subject to availability.  If for any reason, an item sold is not found an immediate refund will be issued or an agreeable substitute will be sent.  All fees incurred are my responsibility.  If this happens you have my sincere apology and I will try to correct the problem.
