Made of glazed porcelain, she is hand-painted in the soft tones that Precious Moments collectibles are famous for. With her banner proclaiming "Peace on Earth" and featuring a tiny dangling heart, she is adorable keepsake for your tree.

Made in 1998 by Enesco for Avon.
