Made with FIXED Stainless Steel spring, threaded rod,  follower, base plate, wing nuts & cross member.  Black Plastic Handle.  Specs:

The 5" x 6" tall stainless hoop is designed for 4 Gallon batches of starting milk.

An exact 50lbs of pressure is applied by fully closing the stainless compression spring. NOTE: These springs are engineered EXCLUSIVELY for Wood Lab presses.   There is no guess work or partial turns with this system.  Full compression = 50lbs of pressure. (they are engineered for full compression & repeated use) 

NOTE:  you CAN achieve pressures LESS and GREATER than 50lb by cranking less or past full spring compression...

All steel parts are stainless steel with a black plastic handle. The Hoop is ~5" diameter by 6" tall and ~4". The base measures ~6" x 8" and is a heavy stainless plate material.  The followers are extra heavy at 10 gauge thickness.  

Includes an Instruction & Recipe pamphlet.
