Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.  Predator Products warranties solely to the original purchaser of this product that the product shall be free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser, and until the ownership of the product is transferred to another.  This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to asserted defects resulting from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) modification, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance; (c) accidents or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity which cause harm.  This Limited Warranty applies only to those products purchased from authorized dealers of Predator Products.

• The Pool Cue Outlet will ship this item within 1 business days from the day that payment is verified.  A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped.
   
• Shipments will be coming from Michigan. Michigan residents will pay an extra 6.00% for sales tax.
   
• The Pool Cue Outlet chooses to sell product only to end consumers and NOT to those who resell the products online or otherwise. Payment is expected within three business days of ended listing.  Please leave feedback once you receive the item and we will do the same for you. 

Every Item is checked for quality before shipment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from the Pool Cue Outlet and the item fails to meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within 5 days upon delivery. All returns must be returned in the original condition for refunds to be processed. Cues must be un-chalked if purchased new and returned in original container. Simply contact the Pool Cue Outlet and return arrangements will be made. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item. Please note, any shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. Only the purchase price of the item.
