This auction is for a 12" x 12" layout (2 pages side by side that have 1 theme). I used materials from various, reputable scrapbooking companies, which are all acid free. I am very passionate about scrapbooking, and take a lot of pride in my work, creating each piece elaborately, with high quality materials and fine detail.
Feel free to email me with any questions you may have. All items are created in a smoke free studio. I do have a dog but she's not interested in scrapbooking, so she stays away :)

Because I know scrapbooking is a craft of sharing, I would never presume to claim "all" ideas as my own but I do work hard to come up with ideas that are unique, which bear my own style and I ask that you please not duplicate my exact albums, layouts, kits, etc, especially for resale. When you win one of my auctions, what you see is exactly what you get. If there are any problems with your purchased item, please contact me within *3* days of receipt of item to resolve issue.
If you are bidding on more than one of my auctions, payment will be due 7 days from the end of the last item close, as long as multiple item/s close within 7 days of close of first auction, unless worked out with me before you bid. I will combine shipping. Please pay with one invoice at the end of last item so I can combine shipping costs. Thank you.
I make it a goal to carefully package each item that leaves my studio, to ensure safe arrival to your home. I ship packages within 72 hours of cleared payments, excluding statutory holidays. I ship my packages using standard shipping. Please note: The fees for S/H are the packaging and the shipping costs. There is never any upcharge of shipping fees and therefore, NO profit made on shipping. If you have any questions regarding shipping fees, please email me BEFORE bidding. Thank you.

I am happy to add insurance, for $1.50 (for most items)if requested. If you have purchased more than one of my items, the insurance may be a bit more depending on weight and size of package so please email me for an insurance quote. On rare occassions, damage can occur during transport with the postal services so I recommend insurance as I can not be held responsible for any damages incurred once your package leaves my studio.
