Shipping
Unless
otherwise stated in the ad, standard shipping
is to the 48 contiguous US States only. We
may be able to ship some items to Alaska,
Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Post Office
boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, but cannot
guarantee that we can ship all of our items
to these locations. Please note, the shipping
prices for any of these locations WILL be
different than what is shown in this ad
listing. Please contact us BEFORE bidding
on or buying an item to be certain that
we can ship it to your location, and to
find out what the shipping price will be.

Sorry, local
pickups are not permitted.
Most items
ship within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation
and verification of your payment information.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when
it becomes available. If there should be a delay
of 7 days or more for shipping you will be contacted
immediately regarding this.
If you checkout
Sunday through Thursday, we will process your
payment the next business day. If you checkout
on Friday or Saturday, we will process your payment
on Monday or the next business day. Orders are
not processed on weekends and holidays.
Please see
the ad listing for shipping charges or use the
shipping calculator, if one is provided in the
ad, to determine shipping charges to your area.
We will try
to combine shipping for you when we can. However,
because we have several warehouses nationwide,
it's not always possible to
combine shipping on all items. Oversized and
large office equipment generally ships in it's
own box, therefore shipping cannot be combined
on those item.
All
shipping fees and return shipping charges are
non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns
ALL SALES
ARE FINAL, however Manage My Printing will
accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY on
items that have arrived to you defective. If
the item you have ordered is defective, contact
us within five (5) days of package receipt
and we will replace the defective item for
you with an item of equal functionality. In
the event that a suitable replacement is not
available, a refund will be issued in the form
of the original payment method or a company
check.
You must obtain
and RMA number and follow our conditions of return
in order to send a defective product back for
a replacement. Please review our Returns
Policy page for further instructions on how
to do this.
We DO
NOT pay for return shipping on defective
merchandise, as we are not responsible for
factory defects, because we are not a product
manufacturer and we do not produce the parts
we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store).
We do however ship the replacement merchandise
back to you at our expense, thus splitting
the overall shipping costs with you.
Should we be
unable to offer a replacement, due to an item
being out of stock or some other reason, and
a refund is issued instead, please note that
original shipping charges are non-refundable,
however we will refund the full price of the
product, if returned as outline in our Returns
Policy. |
