We offer a 10 day exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturer .
The defective item will be exchangedl only if the return guidelines are followed:
The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes,
instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with
a return authorization (RA) number.
Please place the RA number given to you by Prophotomarket, on two sides of the carton being returned.
All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day the customer received the original item.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Our preferred method of recieving payment is PayPal. You can use the Checkout
link on this page once you are the winner of the auction to complete the purchase.
In most cases if we recieve your payment by 2PM EST, we will ship your winning
item the same day. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks but checks
will have to clear by the bank before the item is shipped.This process sometimes
