  • Packing: Rest assured, your item will arrive in the same condition as it left our warehouse, and will be exceptionally well packaged to ensure safe arrival. (We use Heavy Duty packing material and tube for most rugs.)

  Return Policy  
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back within 7 business days of receipt. First, you need to contact Customer Service at (800) 601-6062 or International (323) 233-6000, to receive a Return Authorization number prior to returning item. Shipments without this number will be not be accepted.  

The customer is expected to package the return merchandise properly and pay the return freight. Failure to do so may cause you to receive less than full credit.
